Terms of Service
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Korea Data Communications (KDT IDC) and its customers in relation to services including colocation, server hosting, AI solutions, and backup solutions.
Privacy Policy
Korea Data Communications collects and uses personal information for the purposes of service provision, consultation, and contract management. Items collected: name, phone number, email, company name. Retention period: 1 year after service contract termination.
CCTV Operation Policy
Korea Data Communications operates CCTV cameras for data center security. The number of cameras, coverage areas, purposes, and responsible personnel are governed by the data center security operation policy. Video footage is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
